BAR SNAKE BEEF -- QUARTER BEEF

A QUARTER BEEF is exactly that. A QUARTER (25%) of what one Bar Snake Beef steer yields. For example, if a whole steer yields 20 - 1 LB Ribeye's, you'd receive 5 of them. Along with every of other cut! 

Typically, a Quarter Beef is from a BAR SNAKE standard cut sheet (1.25" thick steaks, ground beef, and various other cuts).

Contact us for specific cut options.  An AVERAGE quarter beef is about 100 pounds of beef.

At Bar Snake we only charge you for the beef that HITS YOUR FREEZER! No hanging weight calculations needed. Customers will only pay for cut and wrapped beef that goes into your freezer!
