100% customized processing if ordered prior to butcher date. An AVERAGE FULL BEEF is about 400-500 pounds of beef.

If you order an IN-STOCK FULL BEEF (if available) you will receive the standard BAR SNAKE butchering options! (1.25" thick steaks, ground beef, and various other cuts).

At Bar Snake we only charge you for the beef that HITS YOUR FREEZER! No hanging weight calculations needed. Customers will only pay for cut and wrapped beef that goes into your freezer!
